1 :- Are product sample available?

Yes, samples are available at discounted prices.

2 :- What is the minimum value of order that customers can place?

As a customer focused company, no order is too big or too small for us. However, for small orders, the landed cost (of products) is on the higher side due to the freight rate structure. At the same time, we would like to bring it to your notice that a few items such as Scalpel Blades, are not manufactured in small quantity.

3 :- Please give information on Shipping / Freight Charges

The charges are calculated on the basis of volume / weight of a consignment and then quoted. The price also varies depending upon the mode of shipment such as Courier, Airfreight, Air Post Parcel, Sea Freight, Sea Post Parcel etc., as specified by the client.

4 :- What about the Delivery Schedules?

The delivery schedules depend upon the quantity of the product(s) required. The delivery time is invariably intimated to the buyers, on mutually agreed terms and then adhered to it strictly.

5 :- What are the different Modes of payment available?

Prepayment :- The F.O.B., New Delhi prices are discounted in case the payment is sent while placing an order by means of a bank draft / cheque, or TT through the our bankers whose details are submitted beforehand. Many of the buyers prefer this mode of payment, due to the minimum bank charges involved and also get benefited with the discount offer.

Letter of Credit :- Buyers, with very large orders, prefer to open a Letter of Credit (at sight). The bank charges payable by the customers are generally very high for this mode.

CAD :- We expect 25% of the total order value in advance. The balance is payable against delivery of the documents through the bankers of the buyers, who need to pay the bank charges as well.
